Our High Voltage Spark Tester are designed for checking the quality of PVC coated wire at shop floor. The PVC wire is passed through brass ball chains which are carrying high voltage. If any pinhole comes in PVC, the spark develops and electromagnet counter counts the fault. The spark tester is therefore necessary for every cable manufacturing unit. Our spark testers upto 30 KV are air cooled, there after transformer is oil cooled and control panel air cooled.
